I had to use Clear Factor many years ago to clean up some moss on the roof, they took care of that no problem. I decided to use them again to clean my whole house, all the vinyl, exterior windows, gutters, etc. Green was everywhere when they arrived. Green no more when they left. They did an excellent job!

Like many had I ice damns across my roof that were approx. 8" tall and pretty deep. Messaged Clear Factor, within a few hours had a response and a date/time scheduled. They could not have been more responsive. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, took care of the ice dams using steam, cleared the snow above, and cleared the deck area the snow came down on. I plan on having them clean some moss on the roof after the winter. Top notch communication, super responsive, more than fair price, all around great experience, high recommendation!

This is the second time I have used Clear Factor for services, and again, they did an awesome job. The concrete around my pool was black and dirty and after the guys washed it, it looks like new! I recently had my gutters cleaned by The Clear Factor and the experience was great! Booking the service was quick and convenient through their website. Communication pre-appointment was good, I was given reminders of my appointment time and things to do to prepare for the appointment. James arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the work promptly and did a great job. I don't have a reference point for price as this was my first time getting a cleaning, but I wasn't thrown off by the price and thought it was reasonable. I would use The Clear Factor again and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a gutter cleaning.
