I recently had my gutters cleaned by The Clear Factor and the experience was great! Booking the service was quick and convenient through their website. Communication pre-appointment was good, I was given reminders of my appointment time and things to do to prepare for the appointment. James arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the work promptly and did a great job. I don't have a reference point for price as this was my first time getting a cleaning, but I wasn't thrown off by the price and thought it was reasonable. I would use The Clear Factor again and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a gutter cleaning.

Easy to get an estimate via their website. Prompt follow up communication and scheduling. Had them to our house within the week for power washing and gutter cleaning. They arrived on schedule to clean our windows, including many roof windows. We were very happy with the work their crew did. They us check to make sure all windows were clean to our satisfaction and were very accommodating about redoing several. However, I was embarrassed that most of what I thought were spots they missed were dirt on the inside. With that in mind, I would recommend customers clean their windows inside before the crew comes to reduce the number of unnecessary "do-overs."They have also followed up to say let them know if anything didn't go as we would have hoped, and they will make it right.

I started out looking for gutter cleaning services, but after being ghosted by other services, I found The Clear Factor on Facebook and reached out. They were very responsive and were able to schedule an in-person consultation for me almost immediately. While showing the assessor around the house, he pointed out how much mildew I had growing and talked to me about their exterior washing. I ended up letting him upsell me a bit, and I went with a gutter cleaning (interior and exterior), house and window washing, and a shed roof cleaning. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly, and gave me a very reasonable quote (less than I had gotten from talking to other contractors). Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and they did a GREAT job on the house, gutters, window, and shed roof. Everything looks wonderful, and I'll definitely be reaching out to them next year for another wash!
